THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL

The national carrier does not only have most flights on the domestic routes, but offers flights to many destinations all over the world. From Chiang Mai domestic flights to/from Bangkok and Phuket. From Chiang Rai to/from Bangkok. From there domestic flights to Phuket, Surat Thani, Koh Samui, Krabi and Hat Yai in the south, to/from Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani and Udon Thani in the northeast. BANGKOK AIRWAYS

The second well established airline in Thailand. From Chiang Mai domestic flights to/from Samui and Bangkok. From there flights to/from Chiang Rai in the north, to/from Koh Samui, Krabi and Phuket in the south, to/from Trat (Koh Chang) at the east coast, as well as to/from Sukhothai and Lampang in the north. From Samui to/from Phuket and Krabi in the south, from Samui and Phuket to/from U-tapao (Pattaya) at the east coast. From Bangkok intern. flights to/from Luang Prabang, Vientiane, Phnom Penh, Siem Raep, Yangon, Mandalay, Mumbay und Male (Maldives). From Samui intern. flights to/from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hongkong.

AIR ASIA

A low cost carrier with a large network in Thailand and South East Asia. From Chiang Mai domestic flights to/from Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi and Hat Yai, but also intern. flights to/from Kuala Lumpur, Hongkong, Macau and Hangzhou. From Chiang Rai domestic flights to/from Bangkok. Frome there domestic flights to/from Phuket, Krabi, Trang, Suratthani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Hat Yai and Narathiwat in the south, to/from Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani and Nakhon Phanom in the northeast.
